What we do我們在做什麼
Not an English class. A community.不是英文課，是一個社群。
We're not here to learn English. We're here to live it. We share our passions, expertise, and thoughts in English, keeping our fluency sharp while enjoying a truly English-speaking environment. Every event is member-initiated and runs in small groups, so everyone actually talks. 我們不是來學英文，而是用英文生活：分享彼此的熱情、專業與想法，在真正的全英文環境裡保持語感。每場活動由成員發起、小組進行，每個人都說得上話。
Social Events社交活動
Wine tastings, woodworking, hikes, movie nights. Friendships happen when you do things together. 品酒、木工、插花、健行、電影，一起動手玩，朋友自然來。
Casual Chats來聊天
Two or three people, a topic the host picks, any format. The easiest way to keep your week social. 2–3 人一組，主題由主持人決定，形式不限，是最輕鬆的每週社交。

Who we're looking for我們在找這樣的你
You live or work in Taipei or New Taipei, and plan to stay for at least six months.生活或工作在雙北，未來六個月也以台北為生活圈。
You're already comfortable communicating in English. This isn't a class.英文溝通無礙，這裡不是英文課。
You like making things happen, and you'll host events of your own.有領導特質與主動性，願意發想並舉辦自己的活動。
How we stay active — the 3-3-3 rule我們如何保持活躍——3-3-3 規則
3weeks週
Attend at least one event every 3 weeks.每 3 週至少參加一次活動。
3months個月
Host an event every 3 months.每 3 個月至少主持一次活動。
3no-shows max次 No-show 上限
No more than 3 no-shows every 3 months.每 3 個月 No-show 不超過 3 次。
Everyone gives as much as they take. That's what keeps 20+ events coming every month. Attendance is reviewed weekly, and there's a leave system for when life gets busy. 每個人都付出，也因此每月能有 20+ 場精彩活動。出席率每週檢視，臨時有狀況也有請假機制。

Is this a place to practice English?這裡是練英文的地方嗎？
Not really. Being comfortable in English is the baseline here, and events run entirely in English. TCE is where you put your English to work: swapping ideas, skills, and friendships with people from other fields. 不完全是。英文溝通無礙是基本要求，活動也全程以英文進行。TCE 是讓你「用」英文的地方：與不同領域的人交換想法、技能與友誼。
How do I join?如何加入？
Start on our member portal: read the rules, pass a short quiz, and fill in the form. After that, three steps. A casual chat where a member introduces the club and gets to know you. A 30-minute interview with two interviewers. Then the decision: if it's a yes, welcome aboard. If not, we'll share honest feedback. When we're at capacity, applications may pause for a while. 在會員系統完成申請：閱讀規則、小測驗、填寫表單。之後有三步：先由一位成員與你簡談，介紹社團並認識你；再進行 30 分鐘、兩位面試官的 Interview；最後是決定，錄取即成為正式成員，未錄取也會收到我們的回饋。若額滿，招募可能暫停。
What is the 3-3-3 rule?什麼是 3-3-3 規則？
Our activity rule: attend at least once every 3 weeks, host every 3 months, and keep no-shows under 3 per quarter. Attendance is reviewed weekly, which keeps the community genuinely active. And there's a leave system for when you need a break. 出席規則：每 3 週參加一次、每 3 個月主持一次、每季 No-show 不超過 3 次。出席率每週檢視，讓社群保持真正的活躍；需要休息時也有請假機制。
When and where are events?活動在什麼時候、哪裡舉行？
Weekday evenings and weekends, mostly in person around the Taipei metro area (think Main Station, 101, City Hall), usually at Treeful spaces, with a few online. Every Saturday the weekly poll opens. Vote for the events you want and you're signed up. 平日晚上與週末，多在台北都會區實體舉行（台北車站、101、市政府一帶），通常在小樹屋 Treeful，部分線上。每週六發布投票，選你想去的活動即完成報名。
